Q: How long will it take me to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed within 8 to 12 business days beginning the day after your order was placed then fulfilled to be shipped by the 10th business day. Business day do not include weekends or holidays.
Q:How do I know which service or extensions are right for me?
A: You can schedule a consultation by clicking the appointments tab found at the top of the page. The best consultations are done in person, but Zoom or FaceTime consultations are also available.
Q: Do you sell tape-in extensions?
Yes, tape-in extensions can be purchased from the stylist only after a consultation has been completed and you have been approved for a tape-in install. Tape-in extensions are not for everyone.
Q: Can I dye Haute Commodity Hair extensions?
Yes, extension can be dyed to the desired color of your choice. 613 bundles can also be toned and/or colored.
